Should we fear God or have faith in God?

 There are many verses in the Bible about fearing God.

"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction." - Proverbs 1:7

And there are many verses in the Bible about having faith in God.
---------------------------------
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God." - Ephesians 2:8

Should we fear God or have faith in God?
 I think maybe the correct answer is that we should fear God and we should have faith in God. 
But I find this verse interesting:
"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love." - 1 John 4:18
 Fear in God is something that can disappear.
But faith in God should never.

Small Sermon Time With Nonresistant
Oh thats me. Hi.
Before I begin my sermon I just wanted to say a few unimportant things.
This show is an experiment. And I am overwhelmed at the amount of viewers.

I don't know if you guys caught on to this while you were reading.
Abel had faith and he was killed, if he had no faith he would have lived longer.
Enoch had faith and he lived, if he had no faith he would have died.
I do not know who you are. Or how old you are.
But I do know that God loves you very much.
He has a unique plan for you. 
And I encourage you to have faith in God.

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord , “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11 NIV
