A Time To Fast
When is the last time you fasted?
Fasting is something we as Christians should do once in awhile. But it is hardly ever done. I know that I hardly ever do it.
The bible gives us instruction on how to fast. But it does not tell us when to fast. Choosing a time to fast is our responsibility. I encourage you to choose a time to fast.

Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.   But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face; That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted.
