I did a search through proverbs and found these amazing verses with the words:
"The fear of the Lord". The fear of the Lord prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened. Proverbs 10:27 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction. Proverbs 1:7 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the Lord , and find the knowledge of God. Proverbs 2:5 The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility. Proverbs 15:33 For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord : Proverbs 1:29 Better is little with the fear of the Lord than great treasure and trouble therewith. Proverbs 15:16 By humility and the fear of the Lord are riches, and honour, and life. Proverbs 22:4 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death. Proverbs 14:27 In the fear of the Lord is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge. Proverbs 14:26 Let not thine heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of the Lord all the day long. Proverbs 23:17 By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the Lord men depart from evil. Proverbs 16:6 The fear of the Lord is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate. Proverbs 8:13 The fear of the Lord tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil. Proverbs 19:23 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord , and depart from evil. Proverbs 3:7 To read through the book of proverbs visit: sunbible.000webhostapp.com/Proverbs.html The fear of the Lord is the beginning… ...of knowledge… ...but fools despise wisdom and instruction. Proverbs 1:7 In this day and age people a majority of the people deny the fact that wisdom comes from the Lord. There are many who make fun of Christians for being dumb. There are many who think they can be wise without God. And that may just be the first mistake they have made because... The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge. The first step to being wise is to fear the Lord. It is very foolish to not trust God. Wisdom comes from God. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. James 1:5 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. Proverbs 9:10 stay tune for another blog post coming today.
For writers who need to make money… I have recently heard that it can take 3 years to start making money from your writing. What do you do in the meantime is the question. I have been writing for the last 4 years and I have not made anything from my writing. Do I see the last 4 years as a waste? No. I have learned a lot from the last 4 years. And thankfully I have not needed to make any money from my writing(because I have had other jobs.). But I sure hope that I can start making money for my writing soon. A few of my tips for young writers: Have patience, keep writing, and keep working on making your writing better. Have a source of income besides writing, preferably something that does not keep you from your writing. I also recommend reading lots of good books. Like I said in the first tip have patience, keeping on praying to God, waiting on Him and trusting Him. A few tips I have heard from others: You need to build yourself a platform(I have not been very good at this). You need to build up your audience (I don't think I have one yet). All things work together for good And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. - Romans 8:28 One thing that is interesting is that you can read through the book of Genesis in less time than Joseph was sitting in the pit. We can read stories like Joseph's so fast and can see how good came out of what Joseph's brothers meant for evil. And then we wonder when God is going to do something good with our hardship. I just want to encourage you to be patient, because things like that take time. Good comes from hardship always, but like answers to prayer… The good that comes from your hardship may not be what you expected it to be, and it may disappoint you. But always good comes from hardship. But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive. - Genesis 50:20 More great blog posts on the subject of hardship:

Every once in a while I look back at my past writings, and I am amazed at how good some of them are. I could be tempted to take all the credit for writing such good things. But only tempted. I know that I can write that good on my own. I am in awe of what God has done through me. God has inspired each and every word I write, and has helped me every step of the way. To God be all the glory. God inspires. What has he inspired you to do? Do you give all the glory? "Lord I thank you so much for all you have helped me to do, and ask Lord that you continue to help me do more." People are going to let you down
People are well. Well they are just that. They are people. And as people we are going to fail and make mistakes. We will also let each other down. Sometimes I think we all need a little reminder. Put them in fear, O Lord : that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah. Psalms 9:20 We also need to be reminded that it is unless to trust in anything but God. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright. Psalms 20:7-8 It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes. Psalms 118:8-9 If you have been let down by humans I encourage you to purchase your trust in God. Latest and last question to help video for a while. I soon plan on starting a characterictics of a christian video series. If you liked this series stay tune for that. To watch previous videos in this series here is a link to the questions to help you think play list: www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLhdlOfKFUjhjyiS2W9v8sLVS87lNpKTRC Or here is a link to the website: sites.google.com/view/questionstohelp/ If that is what Christians are like then… I am a Christian. I really love God. And I try to be as much like Christ as I can. But I fail miserably. There have been times when I have seen the way certain Christians act and have said "If that is the way Christians act, If that is what Christians are, then I don't want to be one." What I and others fail to realize when they look at Christians is that… "People are terrible imitators of Christ." I know I am. People may represent Christ in a bad way. But that doesn't change who Christ is. Don't let people turn you away from Christ. Get to know and Love Jesus for who He really is. Go to the Gospels. Prayer: "Lord I am so sorry for my mistakes and failures. Please forgive me for being a bad representation of you. And Lord please help me to do better. Amen." Quotes: The greatest single cause of atheism in the world today is Christians who acknowledge Jesus with their lips and walk out the door and deny Him by their lifestyle. That is what an unbelieving world simply finds unbelievable. - Brennan Manning Verses: Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:1-2
When you know
When you know that God wants you to do something don't let anything stop you from doing it. So often I see people start something but then they stop or turn around because the going gets difficult. If you were not totally certain that what you were doing was the will of God then by all means stop what you are doing and turn around. It is so vitally important to pray before you do anything, and to be sure you only do the will of God. And when you (only) do what God wants you to do. And when you know you are doing what God wants you to do then by George don't let anything stop you from doing it. (God doesn't promise an easy way.)

Think. One day God may ask you why you did not try. Another think I just thought of is that some people don't even wonder why try. They just flat out refuse to try. And that is not right. You never know what God might have for you to do or want you to do. Stay tune for more great things coming this week!
