What makes you think you are seeing God when you think you are seeing God? (How to know you are seeing God.) Hi, it's me N.C.R. here again with another SunShining inspiration. In my last blog post I talked about the past, present, and future of seeing God. My last post was also kind of a jumble of thoughts. In this blog post I will talk more about seeing God, and this post will also probably be a jumble of thoughts. Well let's get right to the point, the title of this blog post asks a good question. What makes you think you have seen God? How can we know for certain we have seen God? Either I am a terrible writer or this is the best thing I can write. But you will know. God is God. And there is something about Him that makes Him different from nothing. And you will know Him when you see Him. --------------- For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. Romans 1:20 NIV ------------ 1. We can know that we have seen God by looking around at what has been created. I am not a professional scientist. But I don't think it takes a professional to know that the world was created. ------ The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Psalms 19:1 ------- 2. We can know that we have seen God by looking at things that have been done. --------- This is the Lord's doing; it is marvellous in our eyes. Psalms 118:23 KJV ------------ 3. We can know that we have seen God if we have seen or tasted of His goodness. --------- O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. Psalms 34:8 KJV --------- For Childrens books about seeing God: sites.google.com/view/everywhere-i-look/home
